How to enjoy
Try them side by side on a spoon or a plain cracker before you use them for anything else — the shift from light and floral to deep and dark is the whole point of the set.

Storage
Keep at room temperature with the lids closed. Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time — stand the jar in warm water to bring it back.
