How it works
- Bring a container. Yours, ours, or buy a glass bottle here once and keep refilling it. Anything clean with a lid works.
- We weigh it empty. That weight comes off the total.
- Fill what you need. There is no minimum. Half a bottle is completely fine.
- Pay for the contents. Priced by weight, usually per 100 g.

Bath and body
Shampoo and conditioner, castile soap, hand soap, body wash, body lotion, sugar scrub and bath salts.
Skincare
Quench It, Cream It and Polish It from our own line, plus our after-sun mist.
Household
Laundry detergent, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, kitchen and bathroom spray, and mineral laundry and dishwasher powders.

What it costs
Refills are priced per 100 g, so a small top-up costs very little and a full bottle still comes in under a packaged one. A few examples:

Skincare and specialty refills — the Quench It serum, Cream It moisturizer, Polish It exfoliant, after-sun mist and clarifying oil — are priced individually. Ask us at the station and we will weigh and quote before you fill.
Why refill
A shampoo bottle is used for a few weeks and exists for a few centuries. Refilling skips that entirely — the same bottle does the job twenty times instead of once.
It also usually costs less per millilitre, because you are not paying for a new bottle each time. The environmental case is the obvious one, but the price is what tends to bring people back.
First time?
Bring one container and try a single product. Most people come back with a box.
If you are not sure whether something of yours is suitable, bring it in and we will look at it. Pumps and lids can usually be reused even when the original bottle cannot.
