Our refill station is at 2082 Ness Avenue, Unit 8, in St James. We weigh your container empty first, so you never pay for the packaging — only for what goes inside it.

How it works
- Bring a container. Yours, or one of ours if you have come without — we keep refill pouches, glass jars and bottles at the station. Anything clean with a lid works.
- We weigh it empty. That weight comes off the total.
- Fill what you need. There is no minimum. Half a bottle is completely fine.
- Pay for the contents. Priced by weight, usually per 100 g.
New to refilling? Start with $5 off.
Tell us where to send it and we will email you a $5 code, along with station hours and new products as they arrive. One email a month, at most.
Use it at the refill station on your first visit, or online on your first order over $25. One per customer.

What it costs
Refills are priced per 100 g, so a small top-up costs very little and a full bottle still comes in under a packaged one. A few examples:

Skincare and specialty refills — the Quench It serum, Cream It moisturizer, Polish It exfoliant, after-sun mist and clarifying oil — are priced individually. Ask us at the station and we will weigh and quote before you fill.
Why refill
A shampoo bottle is used for a few weeks and exists for a few centuries. Refilling skips that entirely — the same bottle does the job twenty times instead of once.
It also usually costs less per millilitre, because you are not paying for a new bottle each time. The environmental case is the obvious one, but the price is what tends to bring people back.
First time?
Bring one container and try a single product. Most people come back with a box.
Forgotten yours, or not sure whether something of yours is suitable? Bring it in, or pick up a bottle at the counter — we keep them there for exactly this. Pumps and lids can usually be reused even when the original bottle cannot.

Outside Winnipeg?
The refill station is the one thing we cannot ship — it only works in person. Our full-size Pure Wash products are made in the same small batches in our Winnipeg studio, and those we send across Canada.
Bottles and jars are a station thing — we keep them at the counter for anyone who arrives without one, so they are not something we post. A bar of soap needs no bottle at all:
