Manitoba wildflower honey infused with lemon — a small-batch, bright twist on a prairie classic. The citrus lifts the honey without burying its flowery character.
How to use
Stir into tea, spread on toast, spoon over yogurt or fruit, or pair it with soft cheese. Good in vinaigrettes too.
Storage
Keep at room temperature with the lid closed. Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time — stand the jar in warm water to bring it back.
