Celtic Sea Salt
Celtic Sea Salt
Unrefined sea salt hand-harvested from Atlantic coastal salt marshes, left damp and grey rather than washed and bleached. The coarse, mineral-rich crystals have a rounder flavour than table salt.
How to use
Best as a finishing salt. Scatter over vegetables, meat, eggs or fresh bread just before serving, or use in baking where a coarse crystal is wanted.
Ingredients
Sea Salt.
Store somewhere dry. Natural moisture content means the crystals may clump.
