Canada Shipping
We ship within Canada using a variety of courier services, including UPS and other shipping carriers. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days or less from the time the order is placed.
U.S. Shipping & Customs Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United States.
Please note that all international orders (including U.S. shipments) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
These fees are not included in your order total at checkout.
The recipient (customer) is fully responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, customs clearance fees, or additional charges required for delivery. These fees are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are beyond our control.
We are unable to estimate or guarantee the amount of these charges, as they vary depending on the product, shipment value, and U.S. import regulations.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and associated charges.
By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
International Shipping
At this time, we are not accepting international orders outside of Canada and USA.
Shipping & Handling
We do not charge a separate shipping and handling fee for Canadian orders.
As a small business, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices or delivery timeframes.
Missing Packages
Please be aware of your delivery location. CG Pure Wash is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are missing, including cases of porch or mail theft.
If you believe your package is legitimately missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they are best equipped to investigate and locate the shipment.
As a small business, we do not have financial recourse to replace or reimburse orders that are confirmed as delivered. However, we will always do our best to assist and work with the carrier on your behalf when possible.
Damaged Items

We will file a claim on your behalf, but proof and documentation are required.
Duties, Taxes & Fees
For Canadian orders, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
For U.S. and international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout.
If a shipment is refused or the customer does not take possession of the package due to unpaid customs fees, CG Pure Wash is not responsible for issuing a refund.
