Everything dried and measured to make roughly a cup and a half of elderberry syrup at home. Add your own sweetener.
How to use
Simmer the contents in water, strain, then stir in honey or maple syrup to taste. Honey is not recommended for children under one year, so use maple syrup or another sweetener instead. Store the finished syrup in the fridge.

Sambucus Nigra (Elderberry), Cinnamomum Verum (Ceylon Cinnamon), Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove), Zingiber Officinale (Ginger), Verbascum Thapsus (Mullein), Citrus Sinensis (Orange Peel), Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow Root).
