Raw honeycomb from Cloverleaf, Manitoba — unpasteurized honey taken straight from the hive, comb and all. Some call it honey candy, some call it honey gum. The wax is edible, and the honey inside has never been heated or filtered.
How to enjoy
Cut a piece and eat it as is, spread it over warm toast or a biscuit, or set it out on a cheese board with sharp cheddar and fruit.
Storage
Keep at room temperature in a sealed container. Do not refrigerate.

Comb is cut by hand, so the size, shape and colour of each piece differ.
