Our signature loaf, made with premium bread flour and a house-made starter, slow fermented for a proper tang, a golden crust and a soft, chewy crumb. Good toasted for breakfast, built into a sandwich, or torn apart with butter.

How pre-ordering works
• Order window: Sunday to Tuesday, by midnight
• Pickup: Friday or Saturday — your choice
• Payment: must be completed online at the time of ordering, no exceptions

Baked in small batches each week, so orders are limited.

Contains wheat. Made in a kitchen that also handles other allergens.
