Place 1–2 teaspoons into your palm or a small dish. Mix with water, aloe juice, honey, or cleanser to form a paste. Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Use 1–4 times per week depending on skin sensitivity. Follow with serum or moisturizer.
